My philosophy on beer is simple. There is no one perfect brew. With the changes in mood, temperature, and surroundings could come the changes in what beer may be perceived as the perfect one. There is nothing like a nice hearty stout or porter on a cool winter night, but the same would not be appropriate for hot summer evening. Be open minded, and you will be rewarded with some of the best experiences in life. And Beer!!!!
