My beer philosophy is simple: life’s too short for bad beer. Good beer is like good wine. I want to taste where the beer comes from; the earth, the weather, the plants. I want terroir in my beer, not brewry gimicks.
Currently, my favorites all seem to come from the Stone Brewry in my new home of San Diego County.
