about me

I started brewing beer when I turned 21 (which was earlier this year). I always enjoyed quality beer before, but after realizing just how crafty and organic a process beer brewing is, I began experiencing the flavor and intricacies that were present in the really fine craft beers. I like most every beer style except anything by linenkugal (tastes like fruit punch) and most porters leave me wanting more.
