Beer started out as an interest because I was growing hops . This interest lead to the hobby of homebrewing, which I have been doing since 1999. It then lead to a lifestyle where my entire life was consumed by the idea of beer including a business plan for a brewpub. I then began writing for Beer Magazine in 2010. Now I am opening a small brewery in Riverside/Corona called Polymath Brewing wherew we specialize in West Coast IPA’s and Belgian Style beers especially Farmhouse beers and Saisons.
