And nod to the simple... the best breweries right now are those doing dry aromatic non-bitter hoppy pale ales right. the world can add a thousand more of these.

On the flip side of things, I do think sours as a category generate appreciably more enthusiasm than most others.

My two cents... 4.8 not so much, but a perfect five has quite a bit to do with wish fulfillment. Drop some rare and some $$$ on an expectation and you have a greater tendency toward perfect scores.
