I have sampled beers from around the world but keep coming back to Belgian beers, Trappist beers particularly. I’ve been to the abbeys at Westvleteren and Rochefort also to Chimay and I’ve tried the other Trappist beers from Orval, Westmalle and Achel but find the Westvleteren 12 is the finest provided it has had time to age in the bottle.
