COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our flagship beer. Medium body, beautiful golden colour, good mouth feel and a refreshing hop finish. We use six selected malts and five different kinds of premium hops. This recipe is secret, but the Pale Ale is very tasty and hoppy.

Typical APA. NA hops, citrus forward flavors. Not bad, would drink again but not session.

Picked up a tallboy at the brewery. Pours an average size foamy bubbly white head, stays around for a while. Has a clear light amber appearance. Decent sticky lacing. Aromas of caramel malt, earthy and herbal hops. Flavours are little bit more hops, subtle earthy hop notes, some toasty and caramel malt as well. Average carbonation. Pretty good retention. Not bad.

UPDATED: JUL 13, 2016 can. Poured clear amber with an off-white head. Fresh hop aroma. Medium body, creamy carbonation with a sticky slightly metallic finish. Flavour of caramel malt, sweet bready notes with peppery hops, a bit resinous.

The best thing that I can say about this beer right now is that it seems like a fairly solid party beer. But for the fuller body and lack of crispness, this would come off as more of a hoppy lager/hybrid style. There just isn’t much to it, a conservative dose of floral/spicy/citrus hops, some lemony notes and some grainy, cereal and subtle honey malt character. Not bad, just not great and not my definition of a Pale.

Cask. Aroma of hops, quite pleasant. Hazy body, good white head. The taste is weak and really nice but the finish is weak.

Golden with a nice head. Subtle hops and biscuity malts on the nose. A little pine, a touch of citrus and light caramel sweetness. Clean. Very drinkable.

Bottle from the LCBO. Appearance: Pours a clear golden copper colour with two fingers of white head and little retention. Aroma: Malt, barley, straw, yeast. Flavours: Caramel malt, barley, butterscotch, biscuit. Mouthfeel: Thin with moderate carbonation. Overall: A nice pale ale with lots of malt aroma and flavour. I can see this might not be to some people’s liking if you were expecting lots of hops. However, I really like the malt and think they have done a nice job with this one.

On tap @ Dem Bones Belleville. Pours a light clear gold with a thin but even head. Aromas are pale malts and biscuit. Tastes are biscuit and a little bit of caramel. Also brings a nice little hoppy punch at the end. Medium body and medium bitter finish. Really nice little pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy
