UPDATED: JUL 29, 2018 W aromacie dojrzałe winogrona czerwone, stajnia, skóra, skórki winogronowe, taniczne. W smaku lekka kwaśność, półwytrawne, fajna słodycz w tle. Na finiszu lekko cierpkie, fajnie dojrzałe. Super Lambik.

minutemat (7105) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 3, 2018
75cl bottle (2016), cracked just prior to England vs Colombia. Pours a deep rosy pink. Aroma has nice fruity merlot grapes. Taste is initially crisp, sharp sour on the palate that teases out some nice woody red wine notes blended well with the grape presence. Aroma sticks around with some additional blackcurrant ribena notes. Gentle acidity. Pleasantly balanced.

maekchu (4377) - Hirakata, JAPAN - JUL 1, 2018
Two bottles sampled, one a 2012 vintage and one a 2017.
2012 vintage. Pleasant mild funky aroma, light fruit, some grape blended with stone fruit. Light reddish amber color. Tart grapes, medium acidity, barrel, and gentle bittering. Medium body, some astringency. Quite complex. Has matured without losing too much. 8/3/9/3/17 = 4.0
2017 vintage. Light tart grape aroma, with mostly grape juice. Dark, deep red color, light pink head. Mild grapes, substantial bitterness in mid palate, nuts, creamy and lactic, and fades out slowly. Medium body, light astringency. Fresh and sassy. 8/3/8/3/16 =3.8

The_Osprey (10282) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 17, 2017
November 2017 - 750ml cork and cap bottle at home in Richmond as 'Cantillon Saint Lamvinus', 5%, almost exactly 1 year old. Training contract celebration beer. Pours a translucent ruby reddy-pink, still, big foamy pink-tinged head dies quickly. Aroma is rich with lots of plum and cherry. Later get leather, cat paws and metallic notes, animal hide. Keeps changing between intense red fruit and musty. Very nice. Body is initially frothy with tingly carbonation but softens over time. Taste is tart with lots of plum and black grape versus a citrus acidity. A little sherry in the finish. Very drinkable. Tart but not that acidic. (9-4-7-3-16=3.9)
