Cisk was launched in Malta in 1928. It is a golden-coloured lager with a distinctive and well-balanced character. Its rich hop aroma and pleasant bitterness, combined with a mild astringency, make it an outstanding thirst-quencher. Its alcohol content is 4.2%.

Cisk Lager was awarded top prize in the International Lager Category at the 1995 Australian Beer Awards and was presented with the Pfizer Food Science Trophy for the lager obtaining the highest number of votes in the same competition. 10.5°

Decent enough lager. But with Farsons around fairly commonly there isn't much point in drinking this unless you have to. Can walking around St. Julians.

SonOfAnarchy (633) - ST HELENA - MAY 2, 2018
Bottle/can. Pours clear golden with a sense white head. Faint aroma of herbal and slightly grassy hops. Taste is sweetish with average to low bitterness. Flavors of slightly herbal and grassy hops, malt. Medium body, crisp texture, fizzy carbonation. Just a regular run-of-the-mill lager. Not that bad, though not good either. Perhaps a tiny bit better than the others.

Towey1989 (3862) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2018
Bottle at Beerdock Leek. Pours a clear pale golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of grain, subtle corn and slight grapefruit zest. Taste of grain, slight corn, a little bready malt and subtle paper. Light bodied and moderate to high carbonation. A dry, grainy bitterness in the finish. Not a bad European lager. Easy drinking.

JWN (71) - Hundvag, NORWAY - JAN 13, 2018
"The beer is light golden in colour with a normal white foam head and a lasting carbonation. It tastes crisp and fresh with a grainy and malty bitterness. A good tasting lager and a huge step up from last week." - beersoftheworldproject.wordpress.com

Koelschtrinker (23386) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - DEC 11, 2017
Heller, wenig aromatischer Start. Süß-herb bei geringer Intensität, spritzig, monoton. Einfaches und süffiges Lager, das man am Strand gut trinken kann und danach schnell vergisst. 8/7/8/6/7/6
