We produce a traditional styled Irish Stout that is served using beer gas to produce that familiar creamy pour. Our black stout has a roasted malt flavour and a hint of toasted walnuts and choclate in the finish. Select imported hops are used to dry out the finish of this ale.

Black colour with a slight ruby tint and a creamy mocha head. Aroma is mild and pleasant, with a nutty coffee character. Flavors of espresso, cocoa, raisins and a hint of vanilla in the finish. Mill Street does it again!

Pours a clear black with a beautiful brown head. Aroma is roasted malts & bitter chocolate. Taste is roasted malts and dark light bitter chocolate. Very smooth and creamy mouth feel to it. Great example of a dry stout.

Tap at brewpub in Toronto airport. Great thick pour. Color is not quite black. Smooth body and great mouthfeel but feel like cheap ripoff of Guinness. Smoky hazelnut notes and spice at end bring quality down a bit. Roasted Malts are nice but would look at their other options if you are here.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2017 On tap at Pearson Airport, Toronto. Nice to see a non-Guiness stout in an airport in any country. Sadly very little flavour or body to this though. Some vague burnt notes and a bit of cheap chocolate ice cream. May have been better before inBev got involved, I suppose...

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2017 Draft at the brewery. Black body, thick brown head. The aroma has smoked barley. The taste is smooth and not dry at all. Nice licorice finish.

Had in Whistler. Brown with a foamy, creamy head that has amazing retention. Slightly smoky nose. Taste is toasted malt. It's a little thin - so so. Guess I am used to imperial stouts. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

De couleur noir avec beaucoup everfesssance et le col est moka. On n’a des de torrification et un peu moka . En bouche on reste sur notre soif car le gout n est pas aux rendez vous . C est fade comme gout même si c est stout dry . Un peu de gout

Draught at the Cider House. Pitch black, creamy white head. Extremely faint aroma of coffee and chocolate. Very faint roasted coffee and chocolate flavour, with some mineral notes. Pretty sure I’ve had this before, but I could swear it was better before. Tastes kinda like nothing.

Canette 473ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka fuyante. Arôme métallique, mélasse, malt. Goût de mélasse, malt torréfié, amertume moyenne, pointe de café. Carbonatation très faible, corps faible.

On tap at local craft beer pub... this beer has a putrid aroma that carries over into the taste. Spoke to thr owner, he said that is what it is supposed to taste like. A poor example of the style. Perhaps the brewery is cutting corners since being bought out by inbev..? Not recommended.

Can. Nitrogen infused weak body makes for a poor drink. Quite insipid although there is a trace of maltiness. Pretty rubbish and certainly not what I would call a craft beer.
