Zapach to kwaśne czerwone owoce, zapach winny, nuty słodowe, nuty typowe dla piw dzikich - końska derka, stajnia. W smaku, jest kwaśnie, ale i słodko. Wyraźnie wyczuwalne dzikie nuty lambikowe, poza tym czerwone owoce (czerwona porzeczka).

Sweet and sour beer. Starts a lovely sweet taste of dates, wine, blackcurrants followed by a strong balsamic vinegar like sour. Maybe just a touch on the sour side but this is a mavolous, complex, and very tasty beer.

Aroma: caramel, woody, dried fruits and light grape. A bit lactic and vinous. Appearance: clear, brown, minimal head, ivory foam, low retention. Taste: heavy cloying sweetness, lightly bitter, heavily sour, malty balance (hops are very low). Palate: light body, thick feel, soft carbonation, long and sweet finish.

Ruby red with a large off-white head. Aroma is sour cherries, yeast and fruit. Taste is fruity sweet and acidic sour.
