Strangebrewer (1453) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 21, 2018
UPDATED: AUG 21, 2018 bottle. Poured clear ruby with a creamy tan head. Sour fruit aroma. Light-medium body, prickly carbonation, lingering tart finish. Sweet flavour, notes of sour cherry and grapefruit.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2018 Bottle 250 ml. Dark brown colour, almost no foam. Aromas of chocolate cherry, very intensive and pleasent. Taste is cherry dominant, but it's sweet and sour. Pleasent bitterness on the end, but this sourness is very very pleasent. Acidic cherry aftertaste, very good sour beer, absolutely enjoyable.

Pierwsza nuta w zapachu to ocet. Potem dopiero można dostrzec drewno, psujące się śliwki... Winne aromaty.

Deep brown color with low head. In aroma i can sense some bubblegum, sour notes, some grapes, some wine and little note of dark chocolate... pretty interesting. In taste at first hits fruity sourness, little sweetness, and bitterness in a rotten fruit way.

Tried on tap and bottle. Dark ruby red color. Amazing aroma! Lots of green apples, black cherries, vanilla and oak. Sour and sweet, at the same time. Extremely smooth and creamy in body. Such a wonderful stuff!!! I love this beer!

sinte (645) - Udine, ITALY - AUG 16, 2018
Bottle 0.25L Brown body with ruby nuances; average, frothy, tan head, mostly diminishing with some lacing, though. Aroma is fruity (berries), vinous with notes of balsamic vinegar, grapes and raisins. Moderate-to-heavy sweet and sour flavour with a nice balance; long-lasting lingering fruity sour finish with some vinegar note. Medium-to-full body with oily texture; soft carbonation. Great surprising beer!

Butelka do 21.12.2018 r. Wyleżakowana 1,5 roku. Barwa rubinowa, głęboka. Piana wysoka, delikatnie beżowa, trwała, wolno opada. W aromacie nuty winne: bordeux, pinot noir. W smaku sporo nut octowych, wyczuwalny aromat zmywacza do paznokci. Wysycenie wysokie. Po pierwszym odczuciu zmywacza do paznokci na podniebieniu wychodzi dużo słodyczy.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2018 Zuur bier. Voor de liefhebber zeker geen doordrinker maar, voor de genieter die ervan houdt om rustig met wat hapjes te genieten
