UPDATED: NOV 20, 2018 Trochę brakło głębi. Fajne estry idące w rodzynki i inne suszone owocowe, ale brak trochę niuansów słodowych no i oczywiście przez wysokie wysycenie trochę brak tutaj ciała. Do tego dość agresywnie rozpuszczalnikowe.

Pimot (346) - Castellón, SPAIN - NOV 18, 2018
Dark brown color with a medium beige head of perfect retention and lots of lacing. Aroma between fresh and Belgian yeast with touch of roasted malts. Intense taste of fermented dark fruits, caramelized malt, spices (ginger or nutmeg) and strong presence of the typical Belgian yeast flavor. Medium bitter aftertaste with roasted notes and even coffee. Watery texture, medium-light body and medium carbonation. Everything an abbey dubbel should be, roasted flavors, yeast and spices in a nice shape in terms of texture and alcohol. A reference.

Ligero dulzor. Amargor hacia el final del trago. Alcohol bien integrado. Algo seca en regusto y postgusto.

Draught at Bishop's Arms, Malmö. First impression: buttery, but over all well balanced.

rand (2040) - SWITZERLAND - NOV 2, 2018

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2018 Pretty good, beautiful dark color and rich foam. Not too much going on in the aroma department tho. Taste good, bit sweet and not too bitter. Can’t really sense this 7% of alc. good beer.

Rich dark brown, creamy bubbly and persistent head. Aroma dried fruit and bread. Taste banana, figs, fruitcake. Medium carbonation, very nice.
