Named after the 6th sense, Umami is a hybrid ale with 2 different yeast strains and 40% wheat. Barrel aging gives it a sour counterpoint to the malt sweetness.

2014 - 12% ABV and aged 9 months in Jim Beam barrels. THIS DOES NOT HAVE PLUMS ADDED, see Umae Umani entry for that.
