An unfiltered dark wheat ale with a surprisingly light finish that’s characteristic of dark weissbier, a style with roots back to the 1520’s. It tastes great with barbecued meats, spicy cuisine, traditional German fare, cheese, and a variety of sweet desserts including apple strudel, pecan pie, and lemon cake.
