Deceptively dark, the Blackweiss gives off a complex aroma of fruit, bubblegum, and chocolate. The flavor is crisp and creamy at the same time. How’d we do that? A myriad of German malts (9), weiss yeast from the motherland, and 2 classic varieties of German hops (Hallertauer and Spalt). Prost!
