This 2010 Vintage bottle-conditioned Amber Ale is full amber red in colour with copper hues.
A rich, full bouquet with toast, lively cinnamon spice and a hint of bitter chocolate. Lifted gamey characters infused by sweetly spiced, herbal resinous characters.
Full fruit weight is balanced by a creamy malty mid palate and an assertive drying bitterness. The back palate is all spice and cocoa with a refreshing zip.
A true Amber ale – very age worthy.
