Description:
11% light beer of the Pilsner type with the average alcohol content in the amount of 4.7 % vol. is produced using the classic technology out of the raw materials suitable for the traditional beer "lager" with the minimum maturing period of 40 days in the lager cellars. Džbán has the full and slightly bitter flavour and slightly malty aroma; it has the yellowish honey-like colour. The specific character of Džbán comes to the fore when it is properly cooled down to 8 - 10°C.
