Our "India Pale Lager". This beer was made with a blend of European hops, then dry-hopped in the fermenter with the same type of blend. In this cask, we have added MORE hops, but only used American citrus varieties. The IPL was dry hopped with all European varieties. Attenuation was 78%, and for a lager that is an appropriate attenuation
