Based after the Belgian White Ales popularized by Blue Moon, Hoegaarden, and Ommegang, this White Ale is light, delicate, and spicy! Over 50% of the grain bill is malted wheat and the beer is purposely unfiltered to highlight flavors that may be absent from filtration. Spiced with crushed coriander, sweet orange peel, and a touch of bitter orange peel, this White Ale is great for warmer temperatures!
