Aroma and flavor are decidedly fruity and phenolic --clove or nutmeg-like. Made with 50% malted wheat, hop rates are quite low. Well attenuated (sugar absent as a result of fermentation) and highly carbonated. High starting gravity and malcohol content make it a full bodied beer.
