An unfiltered version of our Post Rock Pilsner. Kellerbier is a German brewing term for “cellar beer” or unfiltered, non-clarified beer taken directly from the maturation tanks. The resulting beer is slightly softer and a little less crisp than the filtered version. They are equally delicious.
