This bottom-fermented beer, fermented at low temperatures in traditional open vats. As with many beers, dark, long-aged. The recipe comes caramelized malt, roasted in a brewery Miłosław and natural honey.
The aroma of this beer is a combination of sweet honey and roasted dark malts, well in balance on the palate. The taste is accompanied by a properly chosen hop bitterness. "Honey," works as a companion intense in flavor meat dishes and yourself as a liquid dessert.
Although this is not a beer to drink every day, suitable for any occasion. Few beers is so universal.
