Its lemon-green color already gives away an indication of its liveliness. Appealing fruity aromas of pears, peaches and fresh apples. Frank and well balanced in the mouth, it reveals notes of honey melon, Asian pear and green grapes. The slow elaboration process allows to capture and concentrate the apple’s lovely fragrance, freshness and crispness. Thirst quenching and lighter than beer, this interesting Original will satisfy fine palates and flavor seekers. The quality of its presence also makes it a great choice in the evening, perfect to jazz up a kir, a panache or yet, an amazing Black Velvet (black beer over cider).
