Yokohama Lager has the aroma of Muscat grapes and passion fruit, and with a bitter taste of citrus fruits. It is light but not too light, but it looks like an Ale than a Lager. We add New Zealand hops separately in 4 times, balancing bitterness and body with malt type and saccharification temperature.
