This beer comprised of approximately 80% Dopplebock; 20% Unfiltered Wheat was aged for over two years in oak barrels previously used for the Mueller Barrel Reserve (10th Anniversary Edition) with additional Brettanomyces bruxellensis added giving it a complex mix of oak, vanilla and fruit packed with a sour finish. The B-Funk is a beer that defies a simple description.
