Description:
Murray’s Heart of Darkness is a big beautiful Belgian-inspired beer. An imperial stout (sort of), with strong esters and light phenolics from the Belgian yeast, and a greater emphasis on the chocolate malt character rather than the more traditional roast barley. A luscious brew made for sipping.
To celebrate our 500th brew, we put a twist on this infamous beer and oak aged it!
