Cherry, chocolate, and chipolte. A fantastic combination that just had to be made into a mead. We took a small amount of the cherry chipolte Melomel and added raw cacao nibs. The result is a melody of spice from the peppers followed by the tartness of the cherry. It finishes out with a creamy kiss of chocolate. We didnít make much, donít let this one get away. This mead begs to be paired with chocolate dessert.
