Light bodied and sparkling gold. Faint hints of fruit result from the ale yeast and combine with a nice balance of pale malt and fresh hops. Delicious and pleasant. Great hot weather beer.
Lighter-bodied craft beer, sparkeling golden, and always crisp and refreshing. Craft-brewed in the classic style of KOLSCH ale. This ale style originated in the German city of Cologne. Brewed with top fermenting ale yeast, two-Row malted barley and hopped with aeromatic Mt. Hood hops. Silver Medal Winner at the World Beer Championships.
Note: Known also as Crooked River Kolsch Ale. Brewed until the early 2000s by Crooked River, contract brewed again in 2007 by Sand Creek in Wisconsin and in 2010 by Black Box Brewing in Ohio.
