Brewed in the traditional technique of high-temperature fermentation (top-fermenting yeast), it’s well-rounded with biscuit-like flavourings. Refreshing, rather bitter, and dry aftertaste. Forceful, genuine beer. Very good with pizza, spicy food, beef stew and grilled steak.
