Tons of home-made dark candi sugar, dark Belgian malts & Belgian yeasts give this beer excellent malt complexity of dark fruits such as plums and raisins. Very little hops - just enough to balance out the big malt character. This one is dangerous, doesn’t drink like a high alcohol beer, so enjoy and beware.
