Beau’s Pro-Am Series is a salute to homebrewers, true innovators of our craft — beers designed by amateur brewers, brewed at Beau’s. Tim Gregory won the 2011 Toronto Beer Week Homebrew Contest with the recipe for Doc’s Feet Dubbel, so we brewed it up with him this summer. Complex, pronounced fruitiness and malt character are present in this Belgian-style brown ale, along with spicy notes and alcohol warmth. Doc (Tim’s cat) – approved!
