Description:
This special homegrown release comes just once a year — right after the annual hop harvest.
It is produced just like our year-round pale ale, but we substitute the finishing hops with locally-grown Long Island varieties. These hops are picked fresh (wet!) and put immediately into the brew. The result is a clean hoppy flavor with a citrus aroma.
