RateBeer.com -- Correct Falling Sky Spruce Goose Pale Ale Falling Sky Spruce Goose Pale Ale

The Spruce Goose was the largest airplane ever constructed and flown only once. It now resides in McMinnville, OR and was made almost entirely of birch, just as this beer is made almost entirely from barley, but flavored with Spruce tips harvested outside Florence, OR. Gentle citrus flavor from Spruce tips glides into restrained honey sweetness and pine-resin flavor. Well take the Spruce Goose, hop in! . . . I said HOP IN . . . M. Burns
Brewer: Falling Sky Brewing
Style: American Pale Ale
Alcohol Content: 4.6%
