Designed in collaboration with Randy Mosher of 5 Rabbit Cerveceria, Phantasmagourdia was brewed with 300 pounds of roasted pie pumpkins, Mexican cinnamon, Indian coriander, Szechuan peppercorns, and piloncillo. It was then fermented with Trappist ale yeast. The result is an elegant orange Belgian ale with pleasant pumpkin and spice notes
