Our version of the west coast interpretation of the style. Our focus is on balancing the hop flavors with the bitterness to give an taste explosion leaving the hopheads craving more. Chinook and Columbus provide bittering additions with a generous amount Amarillo and Simcoe hops used both late in the boil and in dry hopping.
