La X Sale nasce come omaggio ad un carissimo amico, Andrea Graziano, per i “10 anni del Sale” Ovviamente tutto doveva passare da un’idea, da un filo conduttore…ed eccolo sin dal nome, che spiega già tutto. Una “Special ale“, pensata “Per il Sale” dal carattere deciso e unico, nello stile americano ( i luppoli sono d’oltreoceano ). Molti nostri sostenitori ce l’avevano chiesta ma mancava l’inspirazione che solo quella “strana risonanza creativa” che Andrea ti trasmette poteva darci.
