Seventh in Series: HBC-342 -Experimental hop varietal, the only hop used in this beer. Grist bill is comprised of 75% buckwheat, cloudy straw appearance, billowy white head. Nose has light fruit notes (watermelon rind, cantaloupe, red grapefruit). Soft to medium mouthfeel, with a dry, tangerine finish.
