He wears at his hip a great sword of flavor, folded within the steel is raspberry tartness, mingling with Brett complexity. At the end of the day he rests on a throne of oak and vanilla. All hail the Wild King! A Wild Saison, aged in both red wine barrels and California Brandy Barrels with fresh, local raspberries & Brett Yeast.
