Les Écrans Verts is a company that grows willows and manufactures anti-noise walls from young trees. This is the origin of a Danish concept, reported here in Quebec. In Denmark, willow shavings are given a brewery making a beer. Les Écrans Verts have screens has challenged us to do the same and this is what happens: a beer spicy bouquet with a subtle taste of fresh sap that coats the language of a particular bitterness and astringency.
