In DPRK this says 4.5% on the label. You can also buy this beer in Dandong, China, where the label says 5%. At the brewery, they didn't talk about these two as though there were different beers, so the different label might relate more to variances in local laws than anything else.
However, if you had a 650ml it was from DPRK, if you had a 500ml it was bought in China, and if possible please note which.
