Zipline Brewing Co.’s New Zealand IPA delivers crazy amounts of hop flavor, without the palate pounding bitterness of some IPAs. We used the famously citrus-packed New Zealand hops to deliver the usual IPA flavors of tropical fruit and citrus found in most American IPAs. However, unlike the American counterparts, the New Zealand hops also roll blackberry and orange marmalade flavor and aroma into the mix—a combination that drives our New Zealand IPA into “Brave New Brew” territory and transforms this beer into a very unique and delicious IPA.
Hops: Pacific Gem, Pacific Jade, Motueka, Pacifica
Malts: Vienna, Biscuit, Caramunich, Flaked Wheat
