Oak barrel aged sour blonde ale
Project LO functions in two aspects for us as a brewery. It one aspect it is a blender barrel that we use for blends on our sours. In the other aspect, it is a very tasty sour blonde with a nice lemon zest. Inspired by Belgian Lambics, O'so started our sour program in 2013 with Project Lo as one of our first. We started out with our Big O and soured it, however, we've come a long way since and believe that the Project Lo is one of our best sours.
