Description:
Ruby Red Prussia is our non traditional look at the classic Berliner Weisse style. After a 24-hour sour mash and during fermentation we added fresh ruby red grapefruit juice. Ruby Red Prussia pours a slight pink hue with a nice tart finish. A perfect compliment to the hot summer heat.
