A wheat malt, top fermented beer of a Hefeweizen style. Ext.11.2 P; alc. 4.2% vol. Ursa Royzbawiony is a light Hefeweizen beer which surprises with its smoothness and a wheat – fruit fullness. It has a characteristic banana – citric aroma, in the aroma there is a distinct note of clove. In accordance with its name it evokes a sense of well being and humour. 11,2 blg.
Bitter hopping: Marynka (PL), aromatic hopping: Lubelski/Lublin (PL). Malt types: pilsen malt – about 50%, wheat malt – about 50%, some addition of caramel malt.
