Description:
A collaboration between Akkurat and Gänställer-Bräu.
A steinbier, brewed with heated rocks, found at Drei Kronen Straßgiech, in the mash.
Four types of malt, primarily pilsener malt and some cara. Most of the colours and smokiness derives from the rocks. Hersbucker is used for bittering hops. Plenty of Hallertau Select is used for aroma.
As opposed to earlier batch Mk 2 is filtered.
