A farm-to-table collaboration with Chez Panisse for its 42nd anniversary, this ale honors the sustainable farm. Organic hops from Lake County’s Hops-Meister Farm include an heirloom varietal from the 1850s. Picked on Monday. Dried on Tuesday. Brewed on Wednesday. Doesn’t get any fresher. It’s got a big, floral nose with hints of marmalade, grapefruit and pine. Supports sustainable farming education.
