Aged in Okanagan red wine barrels, our Saison Brett is invigorated by wild yeast strain Brettanomyces, inviting hues of straw and earth.
[ the name Operis appeared on the Alibi Room 600 menu and it’s believed, but not confirmed, to be an alias for the previous Brett Saison, hence I renamed it to include the name. Alex, Mar 2015 ]
