Description:
Camba Doppelbock Bourbon is a bottom fermented mahogany coloured beer with a compact and stable foam and an aroma of vanilla, chocolade and oak. The taste is full bodied with a perceptible note of whiskey. The finish is dominated by strong aromas of roast and bourbon vanilla notes. This beer is The Doppelbock gets its characteristical taste by being stored in a barrel of american oak for nine months. The alcoholic content is 10,5 %, the original gravity is 18,9 ° Plato with 19 IBU.
