Description:
We take a witbier base and allow it to sour, similar to our Berliner, in the mash tun. We bake the orange peels and add then for buttering, along with coriander. Finally to bring that big burst of citrus we add 100 lbs of oranges from The Farm at Agritopia in Gilbert, AZ at the end of the boil. It all comes together for a mimosa like experience, but much cooler because it’s BEER!
