Gently hand-brewed in the Southeastern part of Bavaria from wheat malt, barley malt, hops, yeast and, not least, the most clean and gentle spring water in Europe. Our master brewers closely follow the open fermentation process. After the WheatCut is drawn, the remaining ripening and fermentation process takes place in the bottle. WheatCut is top fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
In the glass, the light wheat beer appears golden, slightly bubbly and with a thick cream-coloured foam. In the mouth, WheatCut has a rich, distinct taste with a round and aromatic flavour.
